The sender will be issued with a Unique Pin code which needs to be provided at the time of collection. The receiver will also need to confirm the amount and provide proof of Identification which is essential for collecting the payment
We aim to avoid transaction charges for all our customers however some destinations have a fee that we cannot avoid. This breakdown will be provided before you send money on our website.
For payment collection, receiver needs to provide the following:
Transaction number (also known as payment number, pin number or pin code)
Beneficiary’s valid photo ID as per destination country
Proof of ID
Colored Passport Copy
Colored copy of full Austraila driving license
Proof of address
Utility bill
Bank statement
Credit card statement
Official letter from any Australia Government body
Proof of funds: As per declared Source

Pay/wage slips
Credit card statement (document should contain identification such as name and account number)
House sale receipt, car sale receipt, etc
Bank loan documents (including mortgages)
Depending on the country and the sending method these times differ, ultimately the funds will be ready to collect within a 24-hour timeframe (Bank holidays and Public Holidays or any other reasons beyond control may affect this timeframe).
